Transport
There will be bus service in the morning and the afternoon but only one time from the hotel Scandic to the different ranges. Please Note – due to many very late entries it has not been possible make bus service at fair prices. Therefore transport cost from and to the Airport is not included in the daily bus service. Transport fee DKK 100 will be charged for every person picked up in the Airport. |

Lunch
Todays offer including one drink delivered from or served in the clubhouse. Lunch is possible fra 12.00 to 14.00 Notice! Lunch is 60 DKK pr person per day, and have to be ordered in the final registration forms. |

Banquet/Good-bye Party
The banquet will be arranged at Restaurant Brøndby, Idrættens Hus on Saturday 9th September. Banquet Fee per person is 220 DKK including one drink. It will be an Open Evening Buffet. Notice! Banquet tickets have to be ordered in the final registration forms. |

Payment
Payment covering the total entry fee must be transferred in Euros, and a payment covering the total cost of hotel, lunch, transportation and banquet must be transferred in Danish currency (DKK). In order to confirm your requested hotel accommodation, the hotel reservation must include a payment receipt of bank transfer covering the whole amount due. Opening Ceremony
The Opening Ceremony will take place at the Købehavns Skytte Center in front of the 50m Range. |

Technical Meeting
The Technical Meeting will be held at the shooting Range, Københavns Skytte Center, 7th September 10.30 hrs. |

General Assembly of the NSR
NSR General Assembly will be held in Idrættens Hus, DK-2605 Brøndby, 10th September 13.00 hrs. The meeting in the Technical Committee will be held at the same place 09.00 hrs. |
